The Minaya Law Offices is a family law firm that specializes in mediating all aspects of divorces and child custody matters.

Attorney Radoyka “Roe” Minaya has been practicing for 15-years. She is an accomplished litigator, a certified Guardian ad Litem for children, and has focused her practice exclusively in the area of family law since 2008, when she served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Florida Department of Children and Families’ legal team: Children’s Legal Services. Ms. Minaya now focuses solely on providing mediation services to assist parties in arriving at resolution of their family law matters by agreement. Ms. Minaya was inspired to switch her practice’s focus to mediations after spending 15 years litigating and seeing the damage (both emotional and financial) that ongoing litigation can have on families, especially children. Ms. Minaya is dedicated to helping families arrive at amicable and non-litigious resolutions. As a mediator, Ms. Minaya is commitded to client satisfaction, and takes a personal approach to every case. She understands that going through a divorce and co-parenting issues can be stressful, and she strives to make the process as comfortable, understandable, and affordable as possible.
